Position Summary
The BAS Performance Lead is the enterprise owner of performance management across all Bombardier Aviation Services (BAS) Service Centres. This role transforms strategy into measurable outcomes by designing, governing, and continuously improving the systems, standards, and routines that drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience. Working closely with the Vice President of Service Centres, the BAS Performance Lead ensures that operational reality, strategic priorities, and performance transparency are tightly aligned across the global network.
What are your contributions to the team?
Strategic Performance Leadership
- Own the end‑to‑end BAS performance management system, ensuring strategy is translated into clear KPIs and targets.
- Define and maintain the enterprise performance framework, including balanced scorecards, dashboards, and reporting standards.
- Lead network‑wide alignment on performance expectations, risk indicators, and continuous improvement priorities.
Operational Excellence & Standardisation
- Implement and steward standardized operating system elements (daily management, problem‑solving, routines, and reviews) across BAS Service Centres.
- Govern the quality, discipline, and accuracy of performance reporting and variance explanations.
- Reduce performance variability between sites by embedding standard work and harmonized processes grounded in Bombardier Value Stream Maps (VSM).
Performance Analytics & Executive Insight
- Build and maintain automated performance dashboards and scorecards visualizing operational, financial, safety, and quality performance.
- Prepare executive‑ready performance packs, insights, and communications for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead structured performance reviews with General Managers and the VP of Service Centres, ensuring data-driven decisions and follow‑through.
