What are your contributions to the team?

  • Modernizing project management and control processes for Bombardier Defense.
  • Creating and refining tools and processes for managing bids and proposal projects.
  • Integrating and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts/Legal, Finance, Customer Support) to streamline key processes and tools.
  • Preparing executive presentation materials for management reviews.
  • Presenting progress reports for recurring governance reviews.
  • Defining project governance, preparing necessary content (strategy, proposed schedule, business case, etc.) with key stakeholders to accelerate decision-making, communicating meeting minutes, and following up on actions.

How to thrive in this role?

  • Currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Completed at least two (2) years of study with an interest or expertise in office automation, process creation/optimization, or program/project management.
  • ITAR eligible 
  • Solid analytical skills and interest/experience in project management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good working knowledge of VBA, Power Apps, Power Automation, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI.
  • Collaborative spirit, good communication, and leadership skills.
  • Customer-oriented and innovative in problem-solving.
  • Openness and capacity to work as part of and adapt well to team dynamics.
  • Good organization and time management skills, demonstrating autonomy.
