What are your contributions to the team?

  • Develop and execute national marketing campaigns in collaboration with regional HR teams to promote the company as an employer of choice and tailor efforts for local talent pools.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to create engaging content that showcases company values, work culture, and career opportunities to attract top talent across US sites.
  • Manage content creation and distribution for career websites, social media, job boards, and employee stories, driving engagement with potential candidates.
  • Execute localized marketing campaigns with recruitment teams, ensuring alignment with regional job markets and local culture while maintaining employer brand consistency.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze metrics such as engagement and application rates, and collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to optimize strategies and improve future efforts.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • You have minimum of 5-7 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or HR marketing.
  • You have experience in creating and executing national marketing campaigns, preferably in the talent acquisition space.
  • You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • You have a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly with HR and recruitment teams.
  • You possess excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • You are recognized for your strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • You are ideally proficient with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media management tools, etc.).
