In your role, you will:

- Adhere to General Work Requirements

- Create, updats, and maintain project management data in MS Excel spreadsheets, MS Access databases, or MS Project schedules

- Assist in preparation and maintenance of project management documents (e.g., Statement of Work, Integrated Master Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, Risk Management, Change Management, and deliverables)

- Collect data and gathers information or documents from internal and Supplier project documentation to develop integrated plans in support of project execution

- Coordinate with other project team members to obtain project status

- Support development of project integration tasks associated with planning, scheduling, and control

- Support development of project status metrics, monitor trends, and reports deviations to plan.

- Support development and monitoring of risk management plans


As our ideal candidate,

- You have at minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Management, Flight Test Certification or related field

- You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher (degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred)

- You have basic skills in oral and written communication

- You have working knowledge in Microsoft Office software

- You have basic knowledge of Flight Test certification requirements (Part 25) (preferred)

- You have basic knowledge of aircraft systems and aircraft operations (preferred)
