What are your contributions to the team?
In your role, you will:
- Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements and become familiar with Bombardier processes.
- Monitor and provide status of a/c that are in work across Bombardier Service Centers, domestic and international.
- Lead and facilitate meetings and discussions to coordinate activities, develop plans, establish priorities and resolve issues of all kinds, including, but not limited to changes in return to service dates, updates in customer proposals and downtime scope, progress on any third-party support such as suppliers and/or partner efforts, etc.
- Engage in up front activities to support customer aircraft modifications and ensure that all enablement activities, including but not limited to engineering charge lines, purchase orders, and all other outstanding items for engineering are identified, and monitor to support per plan.
- Monitor customer proposals in work and support engineering bids.
- Be an effective communicator while working with various employees, suppliers and management
- Demonstrate perseverance and the drive to follow tasks and actions through to completion
- Review group task progress and first line resolution allocation/schedule issues
How to thrive in this role?
As our ideal candidate,
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within aviation.
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in an aircraft technical field
- You have working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Project
- You have people skills necessary to motivate and drive team to meet schedule and budget commitments
- You have strong organizational & time management skills to support multiple tasks
- You have strong communication skills to ensure clear, consistent, and timely information sharing within the team and across functional areas
- You have the ability to generate and give presentations to various levels in the company
