What are your contributions to the team?
· Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements and become familiar with Bombardier processes.
· Lead and facilitate meetings and discussions to coordinate activities, develop plans, establish priorities and resolve issues of all kinds
· Be an effective communicator while working with various employees, suppliers and management
· Demonstrate perseverance and the drive to follow tasks and actions through to completion
· Review group task progress and first line resolution allocation/schedule issues
· Participate in staff assessment / maintain skills matrix and incorporate results into PMP/PDP
· PMP/PDP (inc. Periodic Reviews) for all direct reports – preparation, review with manager & presentation
· Employee development activities as necessary to support team members’ PDP objectives
How to thrive in this role?
· You have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in an aircraft environment
· You have a Bachelors Degree. or equivalent experience in an aircraft technical field required
· You have a knowledge of aircraft systems and operations strongly preferred
· You have Project Management experience and PMI or equivalent preferred
· You have supervisory/management experience (desired qualification)
· You have knowledge of Aircraft Certification Requirements (Part 25) preferred
· You have proficiency in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Project
· You have strong organizational & time management skills to support multiple tasks
· You have strong communication skills to ensure clear consistent and timely information sharing within the team and across functional areas
· You have the ability to generate and give presentations to various levels in the company
