What are your contributions to the team?

• Serve as Project Integrator for small – medium projects or portions of larger projects with minimal oversight
• Lead project integration tasks associated with planning, scheduling, and control
• Develop multi-disciplinary harmonized engineering plans that support program requirements
• Develop program planning documents (e.g., Work Breakdown Structure, Organizational Breakdown Structure, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, Risk Management, Change Management, and deliverables)
• Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with few complex features

Addiontionally, you may be expected to:

• Manage and deliver on time, complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test
• Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects
• Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage and establish methods related priorities between projects and activities
• Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders
• Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation
• Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization
• Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary

How to thrive in this role?

• Typically 5-7 years’ experience in Project Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years of Project Management, Supplier Chain Management Experience or related field
• Engineering degree preferred
• Advanced skills in oral and written communication
• Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office software
• You have advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles (preferred)
• You have previous experience in development and certification Flight Test (preferred)
• You demonstrate a professional attitude and excellent communication skills (preferred)
• You have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities (preferred)
• You have a natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities (preferred)
• You are proficient in MS Office, specifically Powerpoint, Excel, and Project (preferred)
