What are your contributions to the team?
- Coordinate with other departmental representatives to request parts necessary for component assembly and to communicate part status as required by assigned area
- Coordinate with other departmental representatives to resolve process problems related to obtaining parts, components, assemblies, tools, and/or equipment
- Secure required materials as soon as they become available and expedite to the proper location for work or further handling
- Load/unload shipments
- Perform cycle count, perpetual, and work-in-progress inventories as required by assigned area
- Working knowledge of FAA regulations concerning Airworthiness Approval Tag (e.g. FAA Form 8130-3) and traceability by assigned area
- Working knowledge of Bombardier Business Aircraft Division (BBAD) after-market procedures concerning, for example, warranty, exchange, smart parts, and smart parts plus as required by assigned area
- Working knowledge of inventory transactions
- Thorough knowledge of Repair Station System inventory processes
How to thrive in this role?
- Typically 3 years experience or the equivalent in one of the following areas: warehouse, shipping/receiving, tool crib, parts inventory, requisition, and stocking
- Ability to reconcile computerized inventory transactions and corresponding documentation
- Ability to assist other employees in the performance of their duties within area(s) of qualification
- Valid Kansas Class C Drivers License
