What are your contributions to the team?

•    Lead suppliers into better planning and forecasting their deliveries and ensure resolution of roadblocks while implementation systematic measures that will ensure sustainability of the progress 
•    Lead major supplier crisis where few AC are impacted with significant impact to the production line and ensure mitigation plans are in place immediately
•    Support Manager in team activities and action plan towards achieving objectives 
•    Analyse and regularly monitor supplier performance indicators in Lean DNA, Power BI, Executive calls feedbacks. 
•    Function as an SME- Subject Matter Expert/ mentor on the supplier performance management speciality and share technical knowledge and relevant experience by coaching team members on supplier development activities and processes
•    Manage senior stakeholders’ communications and create executive briefing on complex issues
•    Develop and maintain a respectful and professional relationship with suppliers 
•    Ability to assess the supplier readiness, drive supplier performance to meet BA requirements (Logistics, Quality, Procurement and Engineering)
•    Extensive technical and managerial experience in driving projects/ suppliers from PO to delivery
•    Extensive experience in supply chain and product flow (POs, LOB, parts visual inspection, tooling management, shop flow….)
•    Ability to produce executive level reporting and experience in producing and presenting status to senior BA Leadership
•    Shows consistent leadership ensuring critical actions plans are met and respect completion dates
•    Knows when to push and when to let go in pursuit of achieving Team goals
•    Master in balancing various inputs (internal stakeholders, PO dates, production drop dead dates, suppliers’ feedback) in proposing insightful decisions
•    Seasoned Project Manager able to balance multiple Suppliers and projects, within timeline, budget, and resources
•    Contribute to identifying and driving opportunities for improving efficiency (including processes) and effectiveness 
•    Driven to make customer experience a key business advantage
•    Drive opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the Supplier Performance strategy and managing risk for the business 
•    You must be ready to travel up to 50% of the time

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

•    You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant field and/or related experience 
•    You have at least 5 years of experience in supplier management, with a focus on supplier performance management and improvement.
•    You hold advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, develop insights and recommendations, and create actionable reports.
•    You hold strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track supplier performance improvement initiatives.
•    You hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers.
