What are your contributions to the team?
- Evaluate findings and pictures/videos from component repair station testing, repair, and overhaul to package results for:
- Challenging repair station findings
- Administering Terms & Conditions of exchange with our customer
- Addressing suspect/rogue components
- Interpreting various technical “jargon” into layman’s terms
- Advise internal and external clients on complex and technical problems
- Prepare and present issues, findings, and solutions to management
- Drive daily continuous improvement activities, including performing root cause analysis, understanding and implementing corrective action plans to KPIs of increased complexity
- Lead projects with a broad scope in own discipline mid to long-term in focus
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a Bachelor degree in Aerospace Technology, technical college degree, or similar discipline
- You have 5+ years in Business Aviation Technical role
- You strive for a challenging and stimulating work environment
- You have strong inter-personal, communication, and negotiation skills
- You can maintain strong relationship with suppliers and drive improvements
- You have good multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- You can read and comprehend technical documents, drawings, contracts, etc.
- You have good knowledge of computer tools such as SAP and Office suite
- You have the ability to obtain a passport
- You speak and write English
